Things that cannot be moved
The Bible teaches us that God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. His Word, therefore, is also unchanging. The Psalmist declares in Psalm 119:89, "Forever, O Lord, your word is firmly fixed in the heavens."
This means that the truth revealed in the Bible is eternal and unchanging. It is not subject to the whims and opinions of men. It cannot be altered or modified to suit our personal preferences or cultural trends. The Bible's message is unchanging and universal, speaking to people of all ages and cultures.
In fact, the Bible warns against adding to or removing its message. In Deuteronomy 4:2, Moses commands the people of Israel, "You shall not add to the word that I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God that I command you." And in the book of Revelation, we read a similar warning: "I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book, and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which is described in this book." (Revelation 22:18-19)
